This is the second floor of a greek revival house that has an open floor plan,designer kitchen with Viking range,queen size bed,two living roomareas, deck with grill.Located near downtown Providence,nicely decorated,new bath,yard,parking,internet.please note due to the virus it’s a minimum of two days rental

This is pretty unique and is quite different than my other lisitings.This apartment is locatred in the John Lansburry house as listed with the Providence Preservation Society and built in 1852.This was the first house I ever bought,when I was a student at RISD.I gutted the second floor ,the space where this apartment is situated.It has cathedral ceilings,a nice kitchen with new appliances,two seating areas,and french doors that lead onto a deck.It has a much more modern feel than my other lisitngs,the bath was just done over,I think for the third time and an ample dining area.It also has one of the strangest chimney's you will ever see.This has always been my favorite spaces of all the places I've done over in the last 30 years. I do need to add that if you are expecting to keep the heat at 80 in the middle of the winter ,this is not the place for you.I only bring this up as it has become an issue lately.Sorry it's not just the money,it's just wasteful.Also lease note.I usually don’t take reservations more than three months in advance and no one nighters in the summer months.Its just too much keep up with ,plus the seven other listings.

They will have access to exerything in the apartment.there is central air,cable,internet and parking also there is a digital lock on the front door.I will send the code once you book.i usually don’t give out the code for the front door till the day of your arrival.

This is a pretty tame block.There are two other airbnb lisitngs,one next door .Across the street there are condos and right across the street is an office building.I am walkable to downtown and a block from the bus stop.There is an Armenian grocery a block away for basic essentials.It is a mixed neighborhood though and you should be aware of this.
