The unit is one of the best vacation rental developments in Southern Utah. It’s brand new, and has a great setup for guests. The master suite you will be renting has it’s own heating/cooling for ultimate comfort. It has a beautiful pool with a water slide that is heated in the winter with two large hot tubs.

You have a private master bedroom/bathroom suite. The master bedroom is right inside the home through the front door. Shared access to the rest of the first floor. We are as available as you would like us to be. Our family resides on the second floor and will be in the shared spaces (kitchen/dining room, and living room) from time to time. We want to be your guides and help make your stay as positive as possible.

We have a lot of random yard games, and pickleball paddles. If you are missing a cooler or something random that you need just for this trip, text us and see if we have it so you can borrow it. Nothing worse than buying a cooler and an umbrella that you don’t need.
Jason owns a company called FunSun Rentals. If you are looking to rent a personal watercraft or UTV text him! There are a lot of awesome trails to explore in our backyard, you can drive straight from our house and be on a trail in one minute. We have three reservoirs close that you can play in as well.

The Lofts at Green Valley is a development that was designed and is zoned for nightly rentals. Almost every unit is someone that is on vacation visiting St. George.
This whole hill is different vacation rental developments. Part of our development is the two pickleball courts that you see as you enter the development. It also has a pool with two hot tubs and public bathrooms that are in the center of the development. There is also a play set for kids and a big grassy area to play yard games and chill.
