Hello! We have a cute private room in a small house located in St. Petersburg. We are about seven minutes outside of downtown in about 15 minutes from the beach. The room is a large twin that can be pulled out into two twins if necessary. Pets are welcome if they’re friendly because I do have a dog so you must be dog friendly. There is also only outdoor parking on the street or in my driveway no covered parking. Bathroom, living room, and kitchen are shared.

You can use the living room, the Wi-Fi , the kitchen and the bathroom. My boyfriend and I work during the day so we are really only home at night. My dog will be home during the day so make sure you are OK with that :)

My house is really small so interaction might be necessary it doesn’t have to be awkward. We are really chill but we can definitely stay out of your way if you’re a private person. The door has a lock so you can lock your bedroom when you leave. If you have a pet I have a fully fenced backyard for them to play in.
