La Palmera is a beautiful 45m2 apartment located in Vallpineda, 9 minutes biking from the city centre of Sitges, many beautiful beaches & many cute villages. 30 min drive to Barcelona and 20 min drive to the Airport.
The apartment is very bright, clean and full of tranquil vibes. It has a big living room, a clean and comfortable kitchen, bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The large windows leads you to the sunny balcony (all day) with a gorgeous sea view.

It has a big living room, a clean and comfortable kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The large windows lead you to the sunny balcony with a gorgeous sea view. The interior of the apartment is mostly Nordic, with some Arabic details.
The living room has a big and goodworking smart television to watch series and movies. There is also a desk, ideal for those who combine holidays with work, taking advantage of high-speed fiber optic.
The kitchen has a coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and electric oven, fridge with freezer and washing machine.
The balcony is perfect to enjoy warm summer nights and sunny mornings (the sun will shine from the morning until about 2 in the afternoon.
The building is located in the residential area (urbanization) with many other fabulous houses and charming places. There is a security gate to protect the area and you will feel the quietness and friendly atmosphere if you walk through the urbanization There is also a shared outside Sport center with a pool (open from mid June to September with a fee of 2 euros per day) several padel/tennis courts and a restaurant.You can also find a large forest at the back of the building, perfect for long walks.
