My name is Matt and I’m really happy to offer my apartment to you, to make your home, whilst visiting gorgeous Hobart. My husband and I bought this apartment back in 2012, and we have recently completed a major renovation in 2019. Basically, every detail has been lovingly crafted, we were focused on creating a peaceful and tranquil place you can call home. We’ve spent amazing times in Hobart over the years, both in this garden apartment and in the beautiful surrounds of Sandy Bay. We are located in a quiet street, close by to the yacht club, waterfront, beach and a tiny stroll to Sandy Bay Village, Salamanca, University, the Casino and in to the City. This apartment has a huge place in our heart and we welcome you to enjoy it as much as we do. I really look forward to you enjoying your stay.
