A new extension at the rear of this Forest Row Village Centre building has incorporated some existing rooms to make a new detached bedsit / small flat. Pets allowed. Double bedroom has air-conditioning available in the summer. The en-suite bedroom is a wet room with a fold down stool in the shower for those who need to sit. Arm rail beside toilet. Kitchen has washer-drier, oven, hob, microwave, TV, Fridge with freezer section. Good wifi. Wheelchair ramp up to the door.

The flat is big enough for a short term or long term stay. Locked storage beside access ramp to front door available for rent for storage / bicycles etc, Very central location in Forest Row. Pubs, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. The flat is within 100metres of the church. On warm sunny weekend evenings the pizzeria/bar next door with outdoor seating can be a bit noisy.

The Wifi Code is for BTHub6-58RU will be sent in the directions message before you arrive. The same code can be used for the wifi extender.
The air-conditioning will only be turned on from May to September - when it is hot. It will be on a timer (not under your control) to be on from 7pm to 12pm. It is separately metered in the cellar of the building, so I can see the volume of its use. There is an honesty animal charity box in the flat. If you use the air-conditioning, please pay £1 per hour of its use into the charity pot. If guests are being mean I will stop the power to the aircon units all the time, and only turn them on for a supplementary daily payment directly to my company (bank details will be provided). Payment will have to be made in advance of £10 per day. Guests could then have the air-conditioning on all day and night if so wished.

Forest Row is on the edge of a National Park - Ashdown Forest. It is a beautiful part of the UK. Nearby is a great Pizza restaurant and bar. Across the road is a great Thai restaurant and Indian. Two supermarkets are within 150 metres. Lots of National trust properties nearby.

I own some local veterinary practices and have some flexible accommodation for staff / locums that I rent on Airbnb when not needed by my veterinary businesses.
住宿期間
This building is owned by a local veterinary busy to accommodate locum's and new employees - or airbnb'd when not needed. Our cleaner is very good and organised so I don't normally meet guests. Keys are kept in key safes attached to the building. I am not far away, so myself or a work colleague can be contacted to help if any problem arise.
