Our compact studio flatlet with small kitchenette is on our property but private from the main house with it's own entrance and courtyard garden. Situated in Southbroom on the Southcoast, rated one of the safest, upmarket and best kept towns in KZN. We have stunning beaches, International golf course and great tidal pools all just 4 min walk away.

Cozy and compact open plan studio flatlet with it's own private tropical courtyard garden. Enjoy your own private splash pool and viewing deck with a stunning seaview. Entrance is through a private entrance. Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, Nespresso machine and two plate induction stove, perfect for preparing small meals. Modern bathroom with shower, a queen sized bed and outside there is a stunning covered dining patio overlooking the pool. Enjoy coffee and breakfast on your upstairs deck whilst the sun rises over the ocean. Wash off your stress in the cocktail pool on hot days. The beach, restaurants, a world class golf course and clubhouse, two tidal pools are a 4min walk away. We are literally 80m away from a laundromat, car wash, hairdresser, dentist, doctor, spa, supermarket, chemist, restaurants and bottlestore to mention just a few! You would never have to leave your tropical paradise! Netflix, uncapped Wifi and parking all included. Laundry can also be done if required for a fee. Many lovely restaurants and things to do are close by. The Wild Coast Sun Casino is just a 24 min drive away.

There are lots of interesting things to do in and around Southbroom. The beaches are clean, untouched and usually much quieter than other beaches in the area.
Southbroom is the gem of the Southcoast, upmarket, safe, clean and manicured, absolute paradise.
Margate airport is 10min away making travel to and from Southbroom a breeze. It truly feels like you are on an island and the weather, even when it's a bit cloudy, is usually warm and very enjoyable.
