Nestled above a quiet retail shop we are just steps from restaurants, shopping and the water front. Sunny custom designed home, gourmet kitchen, professionally decorated with many amenities. We have been co-hosting it with the former owners since April 2020 and it has been rented out since 2018. You will enjoy your stay... guaranteed!

Kitchen includes: Wolf range with grill, Subzero refrigerator, Fisher and Paykel double drawer dishwasher, warming drawer, 2 sinks and microwave. A large breakfast bar that seats 6 and dining room table that seats 6. Both bathrooms are spacious with walk in showers, one with a jacuzzi tub.
Guest access
The master bedroom has 2 queen beds. The second bedroom has one queen bed. The den has a twin pull out couch along with another twin bed and the living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed.
Other things to note
There is plenty of street parking during the day. Overnight parking is in a free city lot one block from the property. They have both covered and uncovered parking.

For young children parents should be aware this is a loft style condo. You enter the 2nd locked security door at the bottom of a flight of stairs (26) and there is no door or gate at the top of the stairs.

Great coffee place 2 doors down, shops and restaurants all nearby. Third Avenue Playhouse just down the street. Condo is very quiet, but close to everything you could possibly need.

If you want easy access to restaurants, shopping, theatre and the waterfront, then you'll enjoy this location.
