The house of 140 sqm has 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and spacious living room.
The garden of over 2900 sqm has wonderfull views of meadows and pastures and there´s also a barbecue area next to the house. Walking distance from the house is a private dock with an rowing boat that´s included. There´s also a public beach nearby called "Solöbadet".

At check-in, a key will be available to collect in connection with the house by arrangement.
Own bed linen is provided by the renter (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases)
Rowing boat is available to borrow during the stay.
We require that the renter must have a valid liability insurance without an amount limit, which can be included in your home insurance. Certificate of this must be sent to the landlord upon request. The liability insurance is a protection against damage to the property that has arisen through negligence or accident and must cover a total damage to the property.
Cleaning is included in the price on departure.

Solö Gård is beautifully situated surrounded by meadows and pastures next to a farm (Solö Gård). From the property you can enjoy the sea view and only a short walk away there´s a beach and a private dock with a small boat which is included in the rental.
