On the hills of Lerici overlooking the amazing Gulf of Poets, 5 minutes from the village of La Serra, a beautiful newly renovated independent Loft with large windows overlooking the garden shaded by centuries-old olive trees. Quiet and immersed in the greenery of the protected Park of Monte Marcello, it is particularly suitable for those who want a peaceful holiday with large private spaces in contact with nature but without giving up all the comforts.

The space is carefully finished and furnished with a double bed 140x200 cm, a sofa bed that can be used both single and double, a fully equipped kitchenette. Bathroom with shower, free WiFi, underfloor heating, TV.
In addition to the private garden, you can take advantage of common areas that include a solarium with a small outdoor pool suspended over the sea with breathtaking views.
The space is well built and shaded so in summer it has an excellent microclimate, which is why we never felt the need to put air conditioning on.
We love animals so we shelter a family of cats that move freely in the ground but not in the house.

The Loft has its privacy, it is shared only with us only the solarium with a small outdoor pool not suitable for swimming but excellent for cooling off and enjoying an excellent panorama.

Sono nata a Roma, vissuta a Milano, amo incondizionatamente il mare. Per questo ho scelto Lerici, un angolo di paradiso dove costruire la casa ideale. Grazie all'aiuto di mio marito architetto abbiamo realizzato il nostro progetto curando ogni dettaglio per godere al meglio il comfort e la vista unica del golfo.
