Villa Vista Mar Romántica is a totally restored house on May 2019: Just on the begining of the most spectaular path near the sea on this island, called "Rambla de Castro" you find this quiet group of private villas and with the best position to see the views, this magnificient villa of 175 m2 on a plot of 605 m2: What makes this house extraordinary is its situation, that guarantees Sea views and Puerto de la Cruz views.

The house has a big garden with a very secluded pool and a balinese bed. Main floor with kitchen, sitting area with a 42´ SMART TV with Sat and and opened terrace with outdoor furniture.
On that level you have also 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs you find 37 m2 space with a lovely master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two terraces, one with views to Teide to another one to the sea. The garden on ground level has a very secluded pool size 7.5 m x 3.5 m; on that level there is a 32 m2 space consisting on a bedroom with ensuite shower room. The 3 bedrooms on the main floors are prepared on bookings for 4-6 guests. The room next to the pool is only prepared when we have a 7-8 guests bookings. If you book for less than 6 guests, but you wish to have the 4 bedrooms to be prepared, there is a supplement.
