Situated in a park like setting on the 11th hole of the gorgeous Ram Rock golf course, with tall, majestic oak tress provides a private, peaceful setting. The property sits on almost an acre which provides ample outdoor space to host large gatherings, like at heated outdoor swimming pool and pool deck, on the outdoor covered patios at the main house or pool house or spacious outdoor grassy areas. This property features three separate living areas - main house, upstairs apartment, and pool house. Inside, the unique layout affords large groups the option to break into 3 self-sufficient homes and can gather for shared activities or spend independent time in separate spaces. The interior options include the one-story main house, the upstairs apartment and the pool house. All three spaces have private separate entrances. And if you wanted to swim in our pool in January? No problem, everyone will enjoy our heated outdoor swimming pool!
THE PROPERTY --
The Main House has 3 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms – comfortably sleeping up to 6. With a large wrap-around covered porch, you can enjoy views of nature and the golf course while sipping your breakfast coffee. The upstairs apartment, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, has a separate entrance, located on the first floor. The pool house, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, is connected with the fenced pool and also has a separate entrance. The pool can be heated for an extra fee and at least 24 hours notice, so swimming is possible all times of year. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac ensuring a quiet, peaceful setting in the Texas hill country.
The home is pre-set for 16 guests. If you would like more guests, please let us know. There are possibilities to accommodate more.

- Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Please no loud noise.
