Wifi, water heater, Air Purifier and UVC Lamp (effective kills covid19) also installed to help you have a pleasant time.
Facilities: Aqua Gym, Pool, gym, sky garden, lounge, Parking Spot, & jogging track.
Mini market are available beside the main gate.
5 Minutes to train (Rawabuaya Station) & busway (Rawabuaya)
20 Minutes to airport
Near to toll road, malls and other amenities.

For extra space I installed the table and chair in balcony area so you can have nice drink time in the morning, afternoon and evening.
