Secluded self contained apartment beautifully restored set on the edge of the Ferguson Valley and the Southern wine region of WA. 10 minutes from Bunbury City. Pets can stay upon request and confirmation from host. We ask for a pet bond of $100 and we charge $30 per night for each pet. Pets must accompany owners on day trips pls, pets must not be unattended.

Quiet peaceful secluded bush setting amongst peppy, banksia & marri trees. Possums, kangaroos and hundreds of different birds live around our property.

Fire pit, BBQ, pool, chook feeding and egg collecting. Pool is open in spring/summer months only November to April. Fire pit is used weather permitting if raining or storms there is no access unfortunately. Fire season runs from May to November only please pre book for fire pit and BBQ thank you.

Check in is between 2pm and 7pm check out is 10am. Pls arrange with us before check-in if you would like a late checkout. Our gates must be closed at all times, we have quiet times set from 9pm to 7am, sorry no parties we respect our neighborhoods right to peace and quiet. Pets can stay upon request and confirmation from host. We ask that a pet bond is paid of $100 and we charge $30 per night for each pet. Pets are not permitted in the pool. Fire pit and BBQ upon request and weather permitting. Fire season is from May to November only. Pool is open for use between 8am-5pm in spring /summer months November to April. Outdoor verandah and BBQ sitting area. Air-conditioned main living area fully insulated guest house with window views to orchard, garden and pool.
