This is a practical space with the basics you need for a great visit to Harbor Country. There is a queen bed in the bedroom then a shabby chic pull out couch. This gives space for four guests to sleep. There is a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, and mini-fridge. You also have WiFi and a TV with Roku, Netflix, and Disney Plus.

You have access to the backyard, back patio, and The Beach Coop which includes bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. You also have a designated parking spot and we have overflow parking up by the road as well.

I have Specific designated parking for The Beach Coop that is marked with signs in driveway. You can walk to the Jen Jenson nature preserve right from this location. It’s very beautiful and serene!
** Has a 17 gallon water heater enough for two quick hot showers.
** Pets are allowed but please keep on leash outside of apartment we are located along Red Arrow Hwy. and I would not want anything to happen to your furry friend. I also expect owners to clean up all excrement and dispose of and please no pets on the furniture.
