It's all about the location! Our newly renovated condo is new to the rental market & just steps to Rosemary Beach! Come see why this is our happy place. Our Little Retreat is ideal for a couple and works for a family with small kids. (max 2 adults)
Enjoy a new queen bed & convertible sectional sofa bed (single cot available if you prefer that). This cozy studio makes great use of space & has a mini kitchen with a refrigerator. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the private balcony!

Our 340 sq ft studio condo is well designed and makes efficient use of space. In July 2020, the entire unit was freshly painted and the kitchen and main living space got a complete renovation including new furniture, mattress, linens and more! The kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig Slim, coffee maker, Kitchen-Aid toaster oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils and Tupperware.

Guests at The Village of South Walton can enjoy two pools and a hot tub as well as beach access. The large pool and hot tub are heated year 'round. The deeded Seacrest Beach access point is just a short 5-minute walk or take the free tram that runs March-October. The public Inlet Beach Regional Access is also just a mile East. Peddler's Pavilion is downstairs where you can listen to live music at night (*seasonal) and rent bikes to explore the area!

This location has it all! You won't run out of great places to eat and shop. This area is very family friendly but Rosemary Beach also offers some great upscale options for the adults as well. Make sure to enjoy dinner at Pescado and enjoy a drink with a view on the rooftop of the Pearl Hotel.
