Visit ZNP (15 mile drive), enjoy off roading or biking on the public trails right from the property, or spend the day here on the secluded backyard beach, soaking in the river or tubing. Chairs and beach towels provided.

The private walkout basement apartment has a separate entrance and is very cozy and clean with all new furnishings and decor. You will enjoy spectacular views from every window. The living room features a smart TV and central heating and air conditioning throughout (with exception of the sunroom.) The kitchen is fully stocked so you can stay in and cook, or if you'd like, walk 5 minutes up the road to the Balcony One restaurant/bar.

Private patio and outdoor space available for guests. Upper decks are directly attached to main house, no access to guests.

Bring inner tubes (or rentals available, in season, just a short 3 min walk from the property) and float down the river right to our backyard. We provide outdoor camp chairs that you can put right in the river to soak on a hot day. We also have 6 beach towels for your outdoor use.
