192 SQ FT Tiny House perfect for 2! It's a small space but it packs a ton of punch. Space includes a Queen size bed, 40'' Smart TV with subscriptions, space to sit and eat, kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, coffee bar, microwave and stand up shower. There is one common sink that is right outside the bathroom door. Under the outdoor pergola is a great place to have your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower right outside the house! Come enjoy!!

Parking for this little Tiny house is along side our garage in the alley. There is a private gated entrance along the garage with a lock for your privacy. Behind this door you will walk down a string lighted path back to the house.
This space is small but it is loaded with amenities. The kitchenette does NOT have a stove to cook but we do provide dishes to eat on, microwave and a fully stocked coffee bar! At this home we offer FREE Breakfast including oatmeal, cereal, milk, muffins, coffee, cocoa and hot tea.
At just 5 blocks to the beach it is an easy walk on the new sidewalks that have been recently installed! Please message with any questions you may have about the space!
We provide....hair dryer, clothes steamer, sunscreen, lotion, shaving cream, spray deodorant, hair spray, face wash, makeup remover, tampons, pads, bug spray and first aid kit.

We love this neighborhood. The owner has lived in this home over 55 years and has never had any issues! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Quick walk to the beach and a gas station is right across the street from the main house if you need anything.
