French Doors open to nice sitting area in back yard where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine on the back patio. I'm close to the Beaches, Downtown Jax, Mayo Clinic, UNF and St. Johns Town Center. You can easily Uber/Lyft anywhere. Welcome to your Home away from Home!

Your room, which has a locked knob, is extremely cozy with a comfortable queen size bed, small dresser, nightstands, and spacious closet. Your private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. You also have your own private TV/Reading room next to your bedroom for a work space or just to relax and watch TV/movies while enjoying a meal. You get 3 private rooms for the price of one.
(I have 2 cats that only stay in the main part of the house and my bedroom.)
