The white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short 10-minute walk-through-the-resort away. One of five resort pools is close to the villa and the view of the golf course and resort grounds from the large balcony offers a peaceful setting.

After a day at the pool or the beach, you will love returning to the tranquil and private setting of your villa. Relax on the spacious 25’ x 7’ covered deck overlooking the 16th hole of the Seascape golf course. Or chill inside in the open living room playing games or watching t.v. on the HUGE 75" television. You will also enjoy hanging out and catching up around the built-in bar table in the dining area with seating for six.
For the bedrooms and sleeping arrangements, the master bedroom has a king-sized platform bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress, night tables, dresser, a 50" tv with Roku and cable, and lots of closet space. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a full bed trundle, with Tuft & Needle mattresses, a vanity and a 43" tv with Roku. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a memory foam mattress. In total, the villa can accommodate 6-8 overnight guests.
