Our stylish guest apartment has everything you need for a weekend in Joplin or a long-term stay and is close to the hospitals, medical school, and beautiful parks. Flexible pricing makes our place affordable for individual long-term guests, or a family stay.

Our family lives on the main level, so some transfer of noise is to be expected in the basement apartment. We do our best to give guests their privacy, but have also enjoyed building new friendships with many of the 100+ guests who have stayed with us.
Our home features many green amenities such as solar panels, tankless water heating, LED lighting, and high-efficiency mechanical systems. We have restored native plants and habitats for wildlife that were destroyed here in the 2011 tornado.
