It is important to us that our housekeepers clean to the highest standards, always disinfecting high-touch surfaces, such as knobs, buttons, handles, levers, switches, remotes, and countertops using EPA approved disinfectants. Enjoy the luxury of resort amenities and the comforts of home in this Mountain Escape condo located in the Moose Lodge at the Westgate Resort in Canyons Village. This premiere 1 bedroom condominium features a beautiful and welcoming master bedroom with a 39" TV and en-suite bathroom. You are certain to appreciate a full-size gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless appliances and a living room with a 55" TV hung above a distinctively rustic floor to ceiling rock fireplace. The living room adds value with a queen sleeper sofa, and the dining area boasts a comfortable banquette-style table with seating for 6,. As an added bonus, and for your convenience, this condo includes a stacked washer/dryer tucked away from view in a closet. Please read all the way through our description to be sure you have all the information you need about the condo and the current resort COVID policies. It is also important to note that there is construction in the area around the resort. We cannot guarantee that you will not hear construction noise during your stay, so please do not book if you foresee that this will be an issue for you and/or your guests.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES IN OUR HOME! SHOULD YOU HAVE A PARTY WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME.

CURRENT WESTGATE COVID POLICIES:
Lift Tickets MUST be reserved for every day of skiing. Guests need to go to the ParkCityMountain.com site for accurate and updated information and phone numbers to use.

Check-in must be planned ahead in order to avoid delays when checking in. Valet and luggage storage service, other than for skis, is not available, and guests will not be able to congregate in the Lobby or Ski Locker rooms. Guests arriving before 4 or 5 PM may not be able to sit in the Lobby and wait for their room to be ready. Westgate is planning on making rooms they clean available as early in the day as possible and facilitate owners by telling them if rooms are ready to allow earlier check-ins after noon. Valets will take skis from guests, tag them, and store them. Guests can then call ahead the day they want to ski, and skis can be picked up next to the gondola or in the lobby. Luggage carts will be provided for guests to take their luggage including ski boots to their rooms. Guests will need to follow specific instructions for getting from the parking garage to Moose/Bison (will be included in check-in information). Both guest and owner locker rooms will be open. Guests can store boots and equipment themselves (boots will not be dried and or tagged and inventoried); however, as the number of people allowed in the rooms at any one time will be limited, guests will be encouraged to use the room as quickly as possible. It is best if guests are dressed and prepared to just put on their boots and leave.

Room cleaning and maintenance will not be done while anyone is in the room, so daily cleaning is not available until further notice.

With regard to food/dining; both Edge and Drafts Burger Bar will be open with limited seating.

Per local governance, a mask MUST be worn in all common areas. Pools and hot tubs are currently open and available for guest use. The spa is also open but requires a reservation.

Please note that all of the above is subject to change and we are only providing this as information that is current at this time, based upon the current Covid19 situation. We will try our best to keep our listing updated with changes as they occur, but it is important that guests check the Vail website for up to date/most current information related to the ski passes.

THIS IS A RESORT CHECK-IN: Pull up to Westgate's front/main driveway and temporarily park for a few minutes. You will need your ID, CREDIT CARD and your RESORT RESERVATION NUMBER when checking in. At check-in, you will receive key cards that allow you access to the condo, parking garages, and common areas. The resort will require that you put a credit card on file for incidentals (i.e. additional housekeeping, spa, dining, room service, and guest services utilized during your stay). The Westgate charges a resort fee that should have been charged to you at the time you booked your reservation with us. The front desk should give you a snapshot of the amenities the resort offers for this resort fee, as well as the location of the unit in which you are staying when you check-in. If you have maintenance or cleaning issues, please contact our team, not the resort (See Contact Info below). This is a privately owned unit.

• IMPORTANT: We will need to collect an additional $79 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee when you book with us. We charge this fee in lieu of a security deposit. It covers up to $1500 of unintentional/unavoidable damage to the property in which you will be staying. Should there be damage deemed intentional and/or avoidable or that requires more than $1500 to replace or repair, you will be charged separately for that. Please note that we perform pre and post inspections of the property for each guest.
• Please place garbage in a bag and then just outside your door. Contact the front desk for pickup.
• Please note that your reservation comes with a departure clean only. Turn-down service, towel service or daily cleans are NOT included in your reservation and must be arranged through the resort and paid for by the guest. You can do this when checking-in at the front desk with a credit card
