The house is located in a great and quite subdivision. The house has a big back patio behind the Florida room.
The back yard is connected to a canal with beautiful wildlife and view. You can bring your own fish gear and go fishing /relaxing in the backyard. We are close to many shopping centers.
There are several state parks in the area. We are 45 minutes from Tampa and 1 hour from Saint Petersburg.
