This space is attached to the main house but has separate entrance, offering enough privacy. You may occasionally hear some moving around next door.
We stay on the property and can offer advice/assistance but will respect your privacy.
Take nature walks on the property, otherwise hike, drive or cycle in the state forest only 900m away.

We have 3 friendly dogs (Rocky, Boomer & Odus) they will bark at your arrival and eagerly greet you but won't bother you unless you're overly friendly. They are not restricted and have free reign of the property. We have a winter creek & rustic old pool [converted concrete water tank] which is a shared space.

You are most welcome to stroll around the 25 acres of natural bush on the property , enjoy the rustic pool in summer or the winter creek and dam in winter.

Our dogs bark when someone arrives, the moment they stop the car they stop barking. As this is also our home occasionally we will have guests, but you should not see them from the cottage. In general we are quiet & respectful. Even though you are in the country with nature around, there could be normal neighbourly noises.

Lovely bakery in Dardanup as well as the Dardanup tavern. Bull & Bush Tavern in Boyanup. Donnybrook has a good IGA and a few restuarants. Bunbury is only 25 mins away.
