You can go to the local fisherman market to buy fresh shrimps, lobsters, oysters or Robalo fillets (depending on that day supply). Or get some local delicatessen like coconuts or pupusas!
Another option to delight your tastes is ordering from the nearby restaurants.
Is it also possible to arrange a tour on the mangrove, or a trip to savage Boca del río Lempa: ideal for birdwatching! You even may take a trip to deep sea for fishing or watching wildlife, mainly turtles, dolphins and manta ray.
For those of you who cannot disconnect from the hyper communication it is possible to buy a local SIM card and have internet through your own personal phone.
