This is recreation paradise: downhill skiing/ ice fishing/ cross county skiing/ snowshoeing in the winter, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, boating, paddle boarding, & swimming in the summer.
房源空間
It’s a ‘74 Road Ranger camper trailer who we lovingly call Laverne.
There is space for a max of 4, with one couch that pulls out into a queen, and another that pulls out to a small full/big twin. There is an upper bunk as well but no mattress, so if you have an extra person you will need to bring your own pad.
It’s dry camping (no water) with propane hooked up so you can cook, make coffee, and stay warm (furnace works great) on colder nights, and there is a fully functional primitive outhouse for your use just outside the camper.
We’ll supply battery-powered string lights, blankets, and pillows with fresh sheets and pillowcases. We recommend you bring a sleeping bag for extra warmth and coziness, a head lamp and/or lantern for extra light, and plenty of drinking water.
For an additional fee we can stock the camper with water & food, or firewood. (We have access to great local meat, eggs, cheese, bread, cream, and produce.)

The property abuts a road directly across Georgetown lake!! Incredible fishing in all seasons, boating, bird watching (bald eagles!)... it’s a short walk or drive (2 mins) to two of many public access points.
15 minute drive to Discovery ski area for snowboarding, skiing, and amazing cross country trails. In the summer it’s a mountain biking destination.
15 minutes to Echo Lake for swimming, paddle boarding, fishing, sun basking, and picnicking.
15 minutes to the incredibly cute town of Philipsburg for all your small town needs: the candy store, toy store, groceries, restaurants, and shopping.
