In a necklace of ancient towns and villages of UNESCO protected Boka Kotorska (The Bay of Kotor) Stoliv is a fully-fledged jewel. This loft space in a half-a-century old stone house will let you connect with history, enjoy the bay view and one of the most secluded Bay’s beaches just downstairs. It's located on a panoramic road leading to the iconic towns of Perast and Kotor, old forts and churches. If you fancy nightlife, Tivat with its lavish Porto Montenegro is just within a short drive.

Donji Stoliv is a small village located along the narrow seaside road stretching for about 3.5km. According to the 2011 census, its population was 348. There are two restaurants right next to the space, Ruma and Mirakul. About 5 minutes walking towards Kotor, next to the Autocamp Kascelan you’ll find a minimarket. And 10 minutes walking away at the Camping Mimoza there’s another restaurant. Within about 15 minutes walking you can reach Church of St. Mary (Crkva Svete Marije, 1774). Not far from there next to the post office you can take a mountain route to Gornji Stoliv (approx. 40 minutes), which has a few remarkable churches, but is nowadays almost completely abandoned.
