THE GARAGE - HOUSE RULES 1. Check-in time is 12:00nn & the check-out time is 12:00 the next day. Please present your ID upon check-in. 2. Security deposit amounting to Php 1, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) upon check-in & refundable upon check-out. Cash payment before checking-in. 3. Extended Check Outs are possible only on availability with prior notice which will be charged extra and the same will be deducted from guest security deposit. 4. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to The Garage property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible & the same will be deducted from the guest security deposit. 5. Strictly no loud music, no loud voice in lieu of the pandemic & only permitted up to 10:00 pm as per City & Subdivision Policy. 6. No eating nearby the pool, in the bedroom, no putting of balloons in the pool & no use of party poppers. 7. Drugs or illegal substances or materials are strictly prohibited in the property. 8. All guests are responsible for their personal belongings, the Management are not responsible for any theft, loss or damages occurring out of such causes. 9. Carry your own bath & hand towels or any other essential toiletries, but we are also providing for the capacity of persons allowed which is 6 pax. 10. Use of mini-kitchen if available only for light cooking such as Tea/Coffee, Cup noodles etc. Kindly carry grocery as per your requirement & always put the trash in the trash plastic or trash bin. 11. We highly recommend to consult the person concerned (caretaker) of the place for any such requirements. 12. Be aware that you are close to nature and of course there will be regular bout of insects etc. Kindly keep the doors and windows shut especially in the evening to avoid them coming indoors. 13. For the Parking Area it’s located inside the premises after the event or during the event if the space isn’t use & if parking space is used during the event we can park our car outside just a few meters from the place. (The guide for parking will be sent to your (Hidden by Airbnb) messenger or email or will be given during the ocular visit or upon check-in) 15. Guest explicitly agrees to use all facilities and amenities in and around the Property entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility. Further, Guest hereby Indemnifies as well as waives and releases any claims against The Garage and the Property Owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any Loss, Injuries or Death that may be sustained by Guest and / or his / her party on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities for whatsoever reason/s.
