Welcome to my newly remodeled 2br 1 bth. It's walking distance to Bruz Beers Brewery and Buzz Cafe, 10min drive from downtown Denver, 20 min drive to Downtown Boulder.
Please note, you will have full access to the first level of the home, and there will usually be guests below you in the basement with completely separate entrances.
The two bedrooms, full bath, and reserved parking space in the front makes this ideal for your Denver stay, or on your way for a trip to the mountains!

Contemporary, fully stocked kitchen with dining table for four. Living room area with access to Netflix, Hulu and more on the smart TV, we do NOT have cable.
The space is nice and bright, with ample natural sunlight. The home has been thoughtfully remodeled with closets, hardwood floors, and Central A/C to keep you comfortable for your long term or short term Denver stay. We try to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and have it professionally cleaned between EVERY guest.

You will have access to the entire first level of the home, with shared front and back yard. Please note, you will not have access to the basement level, and there will usually be separate guests staying beneath you.
For this reason we strictly monitor quiet hours from 10pm-6am, and remove your shoes upon entry.
Outdoor spaces are the only shared spaces.

Because we are serious about providing a clean and safe environment for all of our guests, we do not allow smoking in the home and are not 420 friendly.
You will have guests staying below you, so please respect quiet hours, and please also respect our request for NO parties, and NO pets in the home. If a rule is broken we reserve the right to issue a $350 fee.
If you have a need, please feel free to give me a call at any time of day/night. I want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.
What to bring: Please remember to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Parking: please park directly in front of house. Do NOT park in front of neighbors’ homes, and do not park in the driveway.
Snow: there is a snow shovel in the shed, behind the house. Do not feel obligated to shovel, but you are welcome to use it if you like.

We love walking to the nearby Bonbons Cafe and the Buzz Beers brewery. We are in the middle of it all. This is a great place to stay if you plan to visit Denver, as you are 10 minutes away from downtown denver. Enjoy the convention center, shops in the Highlands, Denver Art Museum, or the Broncos stadium. You are also just 20 minutes to C.U. in Boulder, and 25 minutes from Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater!
