100-years-old, completely renovated and full of feeling log house Doctors Villa O'Espesial in Hanko, Tvärminne. Renovated to an eco house in 2018-20 with traditional methods. The house used to be a local shop, later renovated as a house. An open space living room & kitchen downstairs. Three bedrooms upstairs, each with two places to sleep + extra beds possible, so room for even a bigger band :-)

We are a family living in the metropolitan area, whose country house / "second home" this house is, so you'll find the signs of real living here, with all the goods and all the bads ;-) The visitors can use everything that can be found in the house (eg. food, games, toys, movies etc), but have to live also with our stuff, such as clothes.
The equipment is very good: eg. dish washer, washing machine, espresso maker, microwave in the kitchen; fire place, table television, dvd player in the living room etc.
The yard is still quite unfinished (as can be seen in the photos), there is a grill, fitments and trampolines, but pls don't expect a terrace or a groomed garden :-)
Pls note the following:
- there is no sauna
- the visitors are to bring their own bed sheets and towels
- the visitors are to clean the house before they leave

Hanko、芬蘭
Tvärminne is a small, tranquil village in Hanko. There is a neighboring house on one side of the plot, otherwise the house is surrounded by forest. There is approx 200 meters to the waterfront, there is a tiny sand "beach", a nice place to swim.
Very seldomly you can hear some very distant sounds of the army rehearsals (there is a military practice area in Syndalen), but mostly it's just the sounds of nature <3

Olen keski-ikää lähestyvä perheenäiti pk-seudulta. Vuokraamme Hangossa sijaitsevaa perheemme "kakkoskotia" avittamaan lainojemme maksua ;-D Samoin matkustelemme itse jonkin verran, ennen kaikkea rauhallisia lomia perheen kesken, johon kuuluu lisäkseni puolisoni ja kaksi alakouluikäistä poikaamme. We are a family living in the Helsinki metropolitan area (Finland). We rent out our second home / country house in Hanko/Finland to help with the loans ;-D We also travel ourselves, mostly restful vacations with the family (myself, my husband and our two primary school aged boys), so no party trips anymore (or yet) ;-)
