The Blue Fern Hotel is a completely renovated one-bedroom apartment by high school sweethearts Bryce and Brielle with a goal to beautify Ottumwa.
This space is fitted for a party of one to three, with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 futon (additional sheets/pillows included) as well as a washer and dryer located in the entryway of the apartment. It also has a kitchen which includes a stove, oven, full-size fridge, dishware, pots and pans. The bathroom has a full bath/shower. This space is air-conditioned and heated, both of which the guest have full control of.
Off-road parking is available on our half circle driveway. This loft apartment is located above a garage, so this space is not handicap accessible as stairs must be taken to access the apartment, as well as a few additional stairs up to the bedroom.
