Recently renovated with new carpet,paint,etc. Centrally located-easy drive to all the fun. 5 min to beach. 5 min to Hwy 49 and Hwy 90. 15 min to I-10. Parking. *Pool closed due to COVID19 to prevent large gatherings*

This neighborhood is not where the tourist attractions are, but quick drive to everything. Very centrally located. Perfect place for someone here for work or traveling on a budget. Centrally located in Gulfport. One block off Pass Road. 5 minute drive to Hwy 90 and Hwy 49. 15 minutes to I-10.
