Our place is a remodeled private basement suite comprised of 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a large double-headed shower and bench, a full kitchen with an adjacent small dining area, a living room with a sectional sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. Amenities in the space also include a washer and dryer, as well as access to wifi and Netflix within the suite. Our guests self-check-in any time after 4 pm on the day of arrival. We will provide check-in Instructions within 24 hours of your arrival.

We follow a strict NO PARTY POLICY in accordance with Airbnb policies, guidelines, and restrictions regarding parties. Occupants in our suite are limited to a maximum occupancy of 8 people/guests total. Please refer to the Airbnb website for further information regarding this policy. This is also a non-smoking suite, should a violation occur the guest is subject to additional cleaning fees to return the space to a clean sanitized smoke-free environment. You may smoke outside of the suite but NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is ever allowed inside. We will know if you smoke in the suite or have parties due to the proximity to us in our home above. Our pet policy is limited to a maximum of 2 dogs total per stay. No other pet types are approved and additional fees for enhanced cleaning will be required should you wish to have your pet dog(s) stay with you.

We live upstairs above the suite and we may bump into each other from time to time outside but never inside as the suite is completely private and we will never enter during your stay unless in case of an emergency. We are also available via text or phone call. My husband and our cleaner are also co-hosts helping me manage the space so your questions will never go unanswered.
