The VIEWS and LOCATION. I had been looking for a place to buy for over 4 years. Nothing felt right until this past February. Luckily two family members were up here for a quick ski get away. Over the course of a few days it went from a drive by to a walk through to starting the process to purchase. I hope that you see and feel the way I do when I’m up there: relaxed, energized, peaceful and serene.

While you are a guest you have access to the whole unit; bedrooms, bathrooms, porch, kitchen, dining area, living room that looks at the mountain and laundry room. One floor below the unit is a large closet for your ski and snowboard equipment.

The only thing I can think of is the weather. It can get cold at night, fall through spring warm up with the fireplace.

Local events happen often. Lots of access to outdoor hiking, walking, if you are here during the winter back trails for snowmobiling, and of course Mount Snow. Very warm and friendly town. Vail bought the mountain just a few year ago.
