The villa is built on one floor with all modern day commodities: Three medium size bedrooms, large living room, and modern kitchen with all the usual equipments, terrace, Jacuzzi, free internet, garden, washing machine and dryer, TV, central heating, DVD, and very easy connection with closest airport and highway.
The property offers the optimal mix between family relax and exploration of the beauty of the Norhern landscape. Located on a hill in the southwestern side of Eyjafjordur.

房源景觀很不錯,但房東對待房客的態度很差勁,再無確認情況下多次隨意誣賴房客,我們長期在世界各地使用Airbnb住宿,第一次遇到這種情況,覺得必須講出來讓大家做為其他房客的入住考量｡第一,我們使用屋主所配的吹風機,造成廁所及兩個房間跳電,被誣賴我們使用錯誤電壓的吹風機,我相信有很多人會帶自己的吹風機,且不懂電壓錯誤的危險,但房東未經確認,就先責備我們｡第二,使用房東的熱水池,被誣賴我們不當運作24小時,後來房東居然禁止我們使用這熱水池及吹風機｡第三,房東本身未居住於房源所在地,皆是透過保全管理,一直跟我抱怨每次找保全過去要100歐,要我支付這些費用｡第四,…

We had a lovely visit to Akureyri and Gunnar's home was icing on the cake. The views are amazing. It is easy to get to main town from here. Gunnar always responded quickly and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.
