Pinyon Place resides on 4 acres just a few miles outside of Capitol Reef National Park. Seated in the heart of Utah's national parks, it is the perfect home base for sight-seeing, friendly gatherings, and adventuring.

Pinyon Place, located on Scenic Highway 12, allows easy access to Capitol Reef, Torrey, Boulder Mountain, and the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, not to mention the many trails right outside the front door. Our property manager will meet you upon arrival, show you the house, and answer any questions. She lives nearby and is always available should you need assistance.
The 2,500 sq. ft. first floor of this larger home offers 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. While the basement level of the home will be locked out, the comfortable first floor provides everything you will need, from an inviting living room with attached gourmet kitchen to a lovely king master suite with private bath and two queen bedrooms with another bath. Step outside to a covered patio, beautifully landscaped front and backyards, and even a horse corral for those who might want to bring horses for exploring the many nearby trails.
The home’s stunning, 19 ft. cathedral ceiling entryway leads to a cozy main living room with a large-screen entertainment center where you'll find plenty of DVD's for viewing, as well as a collection of puzzles and board games. Open to the living room is the granite counter-topped kitchen, which is fully furnished for your cooking/dining pleasure. A bar and breakfast nook offer casual dining space, and a gorgeous separate dining room is perfect for more formal occasions.
