Part house for book, four rooms in total, for about 10 people (Queen Beds and single). Clean and comfort rooms with water heater and fan. Located near toll gate Pasteur, Bandung train station and airport.Enjoy what Bandung offers as our location is near Paris van Java, Cihampelas Square,Paskal23, Bandung City Square.
This house has 3 floor, You will get 1 floor for your group&chit chat altogether at firstfloor in our shared living room. Only third floor is for our family.

My place is comfort. Near to big road but you still have a comfort sleep..
There are 3 floors in our house
-1st floor is living room and kitchen for common space, share with other guest and our family
-2nd floor is all yours
-3rd floor is private floor for my family
The parking area is limited.... Only for 1 car..
Weekend is used for my family. Weekday is yours..
But dont worry if you bring 2 car. You can park on the street near our house or in our second house.. It is about 1 minute walk.
The street and the parking area only suitable for small and medium car such as ayla or avanza

Tempat kami sangatlah nyaman, dekat dengan jalan besar tapi tidak terlalu ramai.
Yang disewakan bukanlah seluruh rumah, tapi sebagian dari kamar yg ada (4 kamar) dari total 10 kamar.
Rumah kami terdiri dari 3 lantai.
-Lantai Pertama, ada ruang bersama yang bisa dipakai untuk semua tamu, sharing dengan tamu lain dan keluarga. serta ada cafe
-Lantai dua. inilah yg kami sewakan untuk tamu, ada 4 kamar yg dapat dipakai untuk rombongan group dan keluarga.kapasitas total 10 orang.
-lantai 3 , untuk tempat tinggal kami sekeluarga.
Parkir area terbatas untuk max 2 mobil ukuran sedang seperti avanza.
Karena lingkungan rumah berada di pemukiman, tidak diperkenankan untuk mengadakan pesta, dan harus mengikuti aturan yg ada diantaranya :
1. tidak gaduh dan menimbulkan kebisingan diatas jam 10 malam,karena merupakan jam istirahat.
2.tidak diperkenankan membawa hewan peliharaan.
3. menjaga kebersihan dan ketertiban selama menginap.

Our location is located near mosque so it is reminded that you may hear Azan several times.
To respect our neighborhoud and other guest. It is not allowed to make a party and make noise upper 10 pm.
Our parking lot is only available for small cars (mini-MPV)
