Welcome to the Fox Den, a great family-friendly home in Massanutten Resort. This house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a secluded and wooded back yard that can be enjoyed from the back deck. Relax in a comfortable house with wifi and smart tv or enjoy some family time playing darts, pool, board games, or on the Wii.
The area is full of hiking, biking, exploring, historical landmarks, breweries/wineries, skiing, golf, water park, and so many more minutes from the house.

This house has a driveway that holds 2 vehicles. You could also park two cars in the grassy area in front of the house (off the road), but it is not flat there. Parking in front of the house, off the street, is not recommended if snow is in the forecast (because of the snow plows). There is a single car garage that can be used to park, a place to store your skis/snowboards, bicycles, or hangout to play games. There is a 2 player basketball arcade game in the garage (that folds up if you wish to park in there). There is a bicycle rack that will hold up to 5 bikes.

The house is about 2 miles from the top of the mountain where you will find the ski slopes, snow tubing, the family adventure park, and more. There are 4 playgrounds within a 3-4 mile radius, some with picnic pavilions and gas or charcoal grills available. There are numerous tennis courts around the resort as well. The house is located less than 3 miles from the indoor/outdoor water park that is open year-round. At the resort, there are also multiple bars and restaurants. There are also a number of local bars and restaurants in the nearby town(s) that a great! Check out my guidebook for some suggestions. You will also find numerous wineries and breweries in the local area within a 30-minute drive.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. You will see a lot of wildlife (most deer roam around). You will see people taking walks around the neighborhood, so please drive carefully. The neighborhood does not have street lights.
