I was born and raised in New England and have lived here for most of my life. I moved to Boston in 1986 and have lived in Central Square, Coolidge Corner and Fort Point; finally settling in Jamaica Plain in 1996. I am an artist working in primarily textile-based media. I bought my home 25 years ago and have lovingly renovated it bit by bit ever since. I am now lucky to share it occasionally with my adult daughter. If you visit in the warm months you will see I love to garden and if you visit in the winter you will find I bake when I can’t be outside digging. Not sitting still for long I am always working on something and my home shows my passions for contemporary ceramics, tools, and the color orange, among other things. I love where I live and enjoy sharing my house, my collections and my neighborhood with others.
