Our newly renovated & re-decorated 6 bedroom/3.5 bath home sits on 1/3 acre and has =PRIVATE BEACH/MARINA/BOAT LAUNCH ACCESS in the sought after community of Timber Ridge.
Over 3 floors, including an open concept main w/gas fireplace, HUGE new kitchen w/everything you need to whip up great meals, new stainless steel appliances, BBQ, 2 large decks & big backyard w/fire pit.

Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the sought after community of Timber Ridge, there is no need to cramp into rooms packed with 3-4 beds to be able to sleep 12 guests when you can stay with us. Our home has 2 rooms with king beds and 4 rooms with queen beds, that all feature brand new bedding and pillows.
Backing onto an incredible 1/3 acre of wooded seclusion, guests have direct access from the backyard to miles of walking/hiking/biking/snowshoeing/X-Country Skiing trails that wind through the community along with Timber Ridge tennis, beach volleyball, and pickleball courts. In winter, you will have access to the Guinness World Record longest naturally frozen skating trail in the world with 29.8 kilometres of cleared ice.
Our home is professionally cleaned between each guest and exceeds all Airbnb/provincially mandated COVID cleaning guidelines. For longer term guests, we have mid-stay cleaning service available and have cleaning supplies on hand for all guests as needed.
Please note that this is a quiet community and NO PARTIES are permitted. Families w/ kids are always welcome but Airbnb renter must be 25+. Due to allergies, pets are not permitted in the home.

With access to one of the few private beaches and marinas on the lake, you can avoid the drive, parking, and crowds at the public beach in town. And lets not forget that due to the location of the public beach, you take the risk of the dreaded swimmers itch when you go in the water. This isn't an issue at the private beach at Timber Ridge, which is set on over a kilometre of beach and a massive grass park area complete with BBQ's, playground, and washrooms.
Seasonal activities that are also available at Timber Ridge include tennis, volleyball, and pickleball.
