Super safe with park across the street. This is a really quiet neighborhood with a mix of single family houses and a few apartments. There is a small park across the street. Treasure Island beach is one of the only beach where you can bring alcoholic beverage on the beach. Think about bringing your favorite cocktail or glass of champagne and watch the sunset. It is quick, it'll disappear in 3 minutes. It is unique for its proximity to the big hotels for weddings and walking distance to many amenities like Publix and many restaurants. There is also a boardwalk that will lead you to the Courtyard Marriot. No laundry on site. Laundry 1/2 a mile. Free beach ride taxi available.

We are a French couple living on Treasure Island, FL. We enjoy the beach, biking the trails of Pinellas County, as well as the quaint downtown of St Petersburg.

We live less than a mile away and are almost always available for anything that might come up.
