Location, location, location! This spacious villa is located in the highly sought-after Ozankoy Village - within just minutes from supermarkets, cafes, shops and beaches, just a 5-8 minute drive up to Bellapais Abbey and 10 minutes to The Old Harbour and Kyrenia Castle.
The villa boasts a large open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen; boasting brand new comfortable seating, smart TV and free wi-fi to name a few. There is a double bedroom downstairs, a TV room with a sofa bed and double mattress that sleeps two and a family bathroom with shower. Through the stairs is another bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and three more bedrooms, all with double beds. There is also a large balcony with views of the mountains and the Abbey.
Through the lounge patio doors is the pool area with an 8m x 4m private swimming pool with lovely mountain views. There's seating and a dining table and chairs, as well as sunbeds and parasols.
There is a landscaped garden that leads to the back of the property, as well as gated parking with enough space for several cars.

Ozankoy village center with The Old Mill Bar & Restaurant, Stone Cavern Restaurant and more is just a few minutes' drive. Bellapais Abbey is a 5-8 minute drive and Central Kyrenia just 10 minutes away. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet - if you don't wish to drive, the villa is on bus route, which goes into the village and then Kyrenia.
