- Common Area: 1 Queen Air Mattress (Sleeps 1)* Additional beds cannot be provided.
BATHROOMS: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). The island area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. Dining table seats 4.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the rooftop 30'x15' pool deck (6' deep).
PARKING: One parking space is available, free of charge. Additional paid garage and street parking are available on a first come, first serve basis.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 queen air mattress, beach towels, free high speed WiFi and a Smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube TV.
NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the home. This is a pet friendly property; a $100 pet fee is required per pet. Mailing packages to this property is not permitted.
