You could have the best of both worlds, a nice PRIVATE calm shady place to relax with Heat & AC, restroom, shower, swim & fish on the Bayside then pack up and head for a day at the beach which is right across FM 3005 about 4 blocks away... Bring your beach & fishing stuff! Self contained campers, tents, dogs & kids welcome. Water toys and Golf Cart available for rent during your stay...

I call it the Boat Bin without the boat.... it is a 250 sq ft Shotgun Air Conditioned/Heated enclosure at ground level with a Microwave, toaster oven, griddle, BBQ pit, Frig, Shower, toilet, washer & dryer, coffee bar and room to pop up the 6 cots provided for sleeping. Not a large space but you will spend most of your time on the PRIVATE porch and PRIVATE pier fishing, kayaking, swimming, playing games, enjoying the hammocks, swings & shaded tables the outdoors on the Bay provides. KID & DOG FRIENDLY. Self contained campers, tents, boats, kayaks & paddle boards welcome. BUT Kayaks, Paddle Boards & Golf carts are available for rent on location......

There is a neighborhood boat launch, Rusty Hook is our neighborhood bait shop and it is literally 4 blocks away on FM 3005. Sea Isle is about 3 miles away and has a restaurant, Marina Shop and Bar and 7 miles away in Jamaica beach there is a grocery store, 2 restaurants, gas station, hardware store, bar and more.

It is on a dead end street and only 2 other houses are occupied full time all other neighbors are not here full time and when they are they have fences for their dogs. There is a open grassy lot on each side so there is no homes closest enough to disturb if you should choose to stay up all night fishing.
