Just west of Kearney, five miles off of I-80. Clean and quiet walk-in basement of our home with a peaceful country atmosphere. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with kitchen and spacious dining/living room.

We offer a spacious, fully equipped guest apartment with private entrance and self check in. Assorted board games, smart tv and WiFi access are also included. There is an uncovered parking area directly in front of entrance to the apartment.

The basement bar/billiard room is not included in this listing and is off limits to guests.
There is a 1 mile (approximate) stretch of gravel road that may be difficult to maneuver in inclement weather.
Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 6 am.
Our lab/golden puppy (Sam) is very friendly and excited to meet new people. We are training him not to jump on people, but he still does sometimes. If you are not a ‘dog person’ this may not be a suitable place for you to stay.
Absolutely no third party bookings are allowed
No unregistered guests are allowed on this property.
No smoking/vaping allowed inside or outside.
Please pick up after yourselves.
You will be held responsible/liable for any damages done to the apartment.
