This three bedroom, brand new holiday getaway is perfect for singles, couples or families!
Two comfortable queen size beds and two single beds with quality linen provided for quilts and pillows. You will need to bring your own towels and tea-towels.
Dine inside or out! The front balcony area is great for meals, relaxing over a glass of wine or just to admire the water views.
The fully equipped kitchen is clean, fresh and modern with everything you need - including all appliances, cutlery and crockery. BBQ is located outside for guests to use.
Flatscreen TV. Split-system air-conditioning. Free Wi-Fi.
We try to keep our holiday rental as child-friendly as possible. That said, our house is not child/ baby proofed and parents always have the final responsibility of ensuring their children’s safety.

Foreshore
Curving around a protected tidal bay, Port Clinton has an attractive sandy beach and foreshore area which is fun for all ages! With excellent playground facilities, basketball ring, volleyball area, an off shore swimming platform and beachfront gym facilities, it is a great spot to bring a picnic or use the free barbeques.
Explore the Beach
At high tide the options are endless - boating, fishing, skiing, sailing, swimming and more. At low tide, the beach is ideal for exploring the reef, collecting small rock crabs close to shore or raking for crabs between September and April.
Walk the Yorke
Explore the 6.6 km coastal walking trail from Port Clinton to Price, a section of the 500 kilometre Walk the Yorke network connecting all the Yorke Peninsula towns. This sections winds its way from the eastern end of town, above the red cliffs along the edge farmland to a 78 step staircase down to an area riddled with wombat burrows. If you make it all the way, have with a cold drink at the 100 year old Wheatsheaf Hotel before tackling the walk home again.
Bird Watching
Port Clinton and nearby Port Clinton Conservation Park are a bird lovers paradise. The conservation park covers an area of almost 400 hectares and stretches along the eastern part of the peninsula, between the main road south and the waterline. The area is a haven for birds many of whom spend the summer feeding on the mud flats to fatten up so they can fly back to the Arctic Circle to breed.
