This a private house just for your group with all private facilities just for you including the heated pool and jacuzzi, the barbecue and the entire outdoor garden.
The house has 5 bedrooms allowing a maximum of 12 guests to be accommodated. We have a progressive price system based on the number of people. If your group is small, some rooms are closed and you get a lower price. The house is always fully private for your group

The jacuzzi is at 35-36º all year round. The pool is outdoor but has a heat pump support that can raise the water temperature to 25-27ºC in the summer and some spring and fall months. In the months with little sun and cold temperatures at night the baths in the pool are always reserved for the most courageous. The jacuzzi is always hot all year

The Casa dos Pinheiros, for its characteristics is sometimes a tempting property for parties and similar events, but because it is located in a quiet residential area, we are required to impose certain rules in order to promote responsible tourism, respectful of the neighborhood and property. :
1. It is forbidden to smoke in any interior space of the house and spa;
The house is equipped with smoke detectors. Outside there are suitable ashtrays.
Subject to a fine of up to € 200
2. The presence of persons not registered in the reservation, day or night, without authorization is not authorized; The house is equipped with a CCTV system (closed circuit video surveillance) 24 hours in the parking lot and at the entrance. Subject to a fine of up to 50 € / additional person
3. The house has a total occupancy of 12 people distributed in 5 rooms. We accept small group bookings at a lower price, but the amount of towels, bathrobes, available rooms and bathrooms is adequate for the size of the group. The pool and jacuzzi are always available for private use.
4. Customers must respect the time of silence, between 10 pm and 8 am, inside and outside. The house is equipped with the Minut noise sensor that monitors the noise while maintaining the guest's privacy. The sensor warns when noise limits are being exceeded. During the silence period it is calibrated to 80db, which allows normal conversation and low music.
Fine up to € 300 and immediate termination of stay in case of repeated breach of the rule or activation of police intervention or in case of removal or tampering of the sensor.
5. They must ensure the correct use and preservation of spaces, equipment, utensils and fabrics; You are not supposed to eat food and alcohol in the rooms. Bath towels should not be used for kitchen and grill cleaning. Items damaged by careless use may be charged for their real value.
6. Pets can only be admitted upon request and prior authorization.
7. The pool is not supervised, has no immersion or alarm protection. Adult customers are responsible for their safety and that of their minors.
8. Waste must be placed in appropriate containers. There should be no accumulation of garbage in the house to avoid smells and insects.
9. The use of the house for commercial videos and photographs without authorization is prohibited.
Security deposit: 300 € for groups = 8 people Amount returned at check-out after inspection of the house.
Legal issues:
Casa dos Pinheiros is a property managed by the company Solar da Venda Empreendimentos Turisticos LDA with NIF. It is registered in the National Register of Tourism AL
Upon check-in, you are asked to identify all people staying in the house and sign a liability waiver stating that you accept the house rules
If the reservation is made through a platform such as booking and airbnb, you can use their support
