wonderful apartment in South Beach. We are located a short two minute walk from Publix, Target and public transportation. This is a prime location the sandy beach, great clubs, delicious restaurants and famous Ocean Drive are near by as well as Lincoln road mall. Please take a couple seconds to read “ Other things to know” POSITIVE VIBES ONLY -COED APARMENT
PLEASE NOTE :
- Must be clean ( or it might effect or end reservation with no refund )
- Ask for our private room option if you’re looking for more privacy.
- I offer daily parking passes for $15
- There will be an a $20 upgrade fee and a $20 cleaning fee for occupying the private room.
- Late check out fee is $10
- Pet Fee $10
