This unit offers 3 beds (1 queen and 2 twins) and 1 bathroom with plenty of room for up to 6 people. Located just a mile and a half away from Mashpee Commons, you will have plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby whenever you do need a break from laying on the beach, swimming, kayaking, or feeding the local ducks!

There are a lot of small shops a block away from the property and Mashpee Commons is about a mile and a half away. Otherwise, the property is very much on its own and private, most people don't even know it is located where it is.

Greetings guests! My name is Phyllis, I am a retired school teacher taking over running things from my late husband. I have a summer home near the property that I like to spend my summer with my great-grandchildren the majority of the time! If you are lucky maybe I can take you on a boat ride around John's Pond!
