This unit offers 5 beds (1 queen, 1 full, and 2 twins) and 1 bathroom with plenty of room for up to 6 people. Located just a mile and a half away from Mashpee Commons, you will have plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby whenever you do need a break from laying on the beach, swimming, kayaking, or feeding the local ducks!

There are a lot of small shops a block away from the property and Mashpee Commons is about a mile and a half away. Otherwise, the property is very much on its own and private, most people don't even know it is located where it is.

My wife Phyllis and I are 82 and 83 respectively and not too bad on the eyes considering our age and condition! We have a summer home near the property that we are at a majority of the time these days while entertaining our kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids! If you are lucky maybe I can take you on a boat ride around John's Pond!
